SCHEFFAU

|
Scheffau is truly a unique place for children of all ages. For those still in diapers, there are many experienced care providers available in the village. For children who are 2 or 3 years old, there are supervised kindergartens which provide a meal at noon. The minimum age for Ski School is usually 4 years of age, but if a 3 year old has strong interest, and is approved by an instructor, that child may also participate in lessons. Because, they have their own place to enjoy the day... Kinder Kaiserland The Scheffau Ski School has the very latest equipment designed to teach children to ski..., including a crousel which tows them in circles on flat land, and "Magic carpets" which move beginners up the slope, without having to hold on to anything (similar to moving walkways at airports). The weekly races and awards ceremony are a big hit with the kids, all of whom receive a medal. In addition, parents can arrange with the Ski School for their children to receive a hot lunch, as well as supervision until the parents pick them up at the end of a worry-free ski day. With such comprehensive program providing for every family need, it's obvious that both children and parents will leave with happy memories and a desire to return with friends to Scheffau...!!!
